It's actually very easy to get this type of photography..
The setting I set is :
ISO : 100
Aperture : F8
Shutter Speed : 1/200
and equipment needed is just only a bucket of water.. add some water colour if you prefer colourful water droplets.. =)

You should try shooting from the side to get a better view of the water, side view will be more interesting for water droplets photography. =)
